		<description>I totally agree with you that Billy's parents have some responsibility here--and I would go even farther and say that they're shirking it. I don't know their personal situation, obviously, but if my own child were being victimized like this, I'd be doing a lot more than calling the principal. Billy might benefit from some professional guidance (therapy? social skills training?) or even from a change to a new school--something that his parents seem adamantly against for some reason.</description>

		<description>Great information. I agree with you that it is up to Billy's peers to stop the bullying. But if Billy is reacting to what the other kids are doing they are just going to bully him even more. I believe that it is also up to Billy's parents to teach him confidence and ways to prevent his peers from treating him this way.</description>
